I fell in love with their loaded fries when they first opened, went there often because I was craving them, but something changed soon after they reopened in early 2025 (I think that’s when it was). I enjoy medium heat, but it’s like they just dump the raw seasonings onto the cooked chicken tenders, making them gritty and the seasoning very over powering on most bites. Also, you used to get an even fry to chicken ratio, now your lucky to get a hand full of fries, meaning your left with just chicken, defeating the purpose of loaded fries. Every time over the past year or so, I tell myself never again, because it’s so disappointing, but then go again hoping it would be like it used to, tonight proved that won’t happen and I really just need to stop trying.

Lady working the register tried charging $10.99 for the sandwich and $5 for fries. Told me it was cheaper to get the combo with the drink for $16. This didn't make any sense based on the prices on their own menu. Eventually just left without food since it seemed like she was trying to rip me off.

I didn’t notice until i had eaten some of it until i just got straight doe in one bite and i feel sick! My wife’s sandwich was wrong and my food tasted mushy instead of crispy chicken.
