  If I could give less than 1star I would. This company left my master bath destroyed and incomplete. Used unskilled, unlicensed laborers not plumbers or electricians then cancelled the job because they said that I complained to much and didn't allow the gross mistakes that had been made to be corrected. This was according to a text that I received from the job manager who went on and extended vacation in the middle of the job. Thank goodness I took pictures along the way as evidence of the poor work that was done. The worker (Dilshad) yelled at me in the presence of the job manager. He removed a wall plug in the bathroom covered it with drywall then got mad when I ask him to put it back. I was told that this was his behavior and the company had been made aware of it. They never removed the entire old bathroom floor that was rotted in some places and not level in others, which was having tile installed, the painting had to be corrected by another painter. I received an email from the owner Ben Zonis stating that if there were any problems I could email him. I emailed Mr Zonis and never received a response. The plumbing was a disaster. This worker who was not a plumber and there was no master plumber to supervise him, connected PVC to 60 yr old copper pipe, because of this mishap they suggested that I allow them to cut a hole in the bottom of my $3000 new vanity to make it fit. What??? This same unsupervised worker tore out the shower, did not fill in the gaps in the wall, then installed a corner bead and drilled it into the wall. All that had to be removed and repaired. Tile for the shower pan was installed prematurely and incorrectly. It was cut short and uneven and cemented to the shower base incorrectly. Holes were left in Diroc framing the shower walls. Some spots with screws were never filled in or covered over. Because of a prior hip surgery I had asked that the lip or entrance to the shower be lowered as much as possible to private a fall risk. Not only did they not lower it, they raised it another inch and this was without the transition piece. I signed the contract on 5/30/25 and the work began on 7/7/25. The whole job cost $25,3001. There was a $10,000 loan that I made and over $15,000 of my personal money. The company has offered to return $9442 as a settlement to the loan company. With the exception of some of the paint and the recessed lights, I paid out of my pocket for all the materials, the vanity, the tile, the shower and vanity fixtures and they used my paint from a previous hall bath remodel. They are refusing to return any money to me. And get this someone forged a photo copy signature to the settlement document that I refused to sign. This idiot who did this didn't even realize that when they dated the document, the photo copy signature would be different ink. Someone hacked my email and requested that the settlement check be sent to an out of state bank, to another contractor. I did forward all these fraudulent emails back to the company, no response. I also sent copies to the job manager, no response. These pictures are how the company left my bathroom. I couldn't upload any more pictures due to space constraints. I have initiated a complaint to the BBB and the Home Improvement Commission. Use this company at your own risk.

  Avoid this disgusting bloated company. Sent some old extremely impatient dinosaur, nasty & very unprofessional (Clayton). Gave me an estimate for $1,000 for painting my front door & sidelights - literally a 2-3 hour job. Tried to speak to his manager Frank & due to me talking to other people I asked if I could call him back, speaking for mear minutes & I've already been told this old man had NUMEROUS COMPAINTS, Frank immediately starts making excuses "it's been 7 years.... Never called me back & clearly only in the business to rob people for as much as humanly possible. BEWARE!!!!

  Handyman On Call was very helpful for some minor water damage we had in our laundry room. Our initial estimate wasn't accurate, but when they corrected it, they did not charge us as much since they owned up to their mistake. Our repairmen(Mike and Francisco) were outstanding and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. I will reach out to handyman on call for any other future repairs.

  Handyman On Call did an excellent job on my basement project, replacing ceiling tiles. The team (Daniel and Carlos) arrived on time to started the job, were professional/friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up the job site. I was very pleased with their work, would recommend and definitely use Handyman On Call again!

  My experience started with the estimator; Russell Smoot. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. As a new home owner with zero experience in home repairs or home improvement, he not only walked me through each repair and what would need to be done but he educated me on how the pricing works and what repairs should be a priority. He even took my call while the technician was here doing repairs to answer any questions that I had about the process. One the day of repairs, The technician arrived promptly and did a great job. He made sure to clean up after the job was done and he was done in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints. I will be using their services again!
