  Terrible customer service. Paid 50& down payment and after 4 months still had no work done. Called to get money back and it took them 2 months to do that. They sent check out one day after building permit expired so I couldn't get that money. As a business owner of 25 years myself this is the worst service I've dealt with

  DISAPPOINTED & FRUSTRATED!!!! I was looking for a company to take care of building a screened porch along with a couple of areas that needed pavers. When I dealt with the owner of Hammond Fence company, I actually thought I had found a company that I could trust with what I needed. First flaw took place when my already agreed upon contract had to be changed because the person I dealt with miscalculated the costs and did not want to lose money on the deal. I was flexible enough to agree with the changes, (I should not have) as I needed my order taken care of. After the job was finished, my dog broke an area of the screen on one of the doors, I called Hammond Fence for repairs, they never showed up. I had to do the work myself. The pavers came loose in one of the areas they put together just after a few weeks of the work being finished. To get the repairs done, which I believe they are under warranty, my wife called the company several times, I called the company several times, I even spoke to the principal of the company who promised the repair would be made. It has been over 3 months, no one has ever called me back, and by default the repair was never made. The pavers are loose which is now creating a hazard if you step on them the wrong way. I am extremely disappointed with the service. We paid a great deal of our hard earned money in good faith, and we are not getting anything in return. I would not recommend Hammond Fence to anyone. Find someone else even if it costs you more.
