  They have terrible service — you pay them and they leave things unfinished. It’s very difficult to get them to respond or solve anything. Totally not recommended; their work is awful. They’ve left my project abandoned even though I already paid.

  I recently had my pool resurfaced with Hamlin Pools, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team communicated clearly, showed up on time, and worked with incredible efficiency. What really impressed me was how quickly the project was completed—it was finished much sooner than I expected, and the quality of the work is outstanding. My pool looks absolutely fabulous now, like it’s brand new again! I highly recommend Hamlin Pools to anyone considering pool work. Their professionalism, speed, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

  Extremely happy to have chosen Hamlin for our remodel project. Our pool was old and in need of replastering, new filter etc. Art was excellent in providing us with all the information and tips we needed to move forward with renovation. We wanted a more inviting look to the pool and feel we got exactly what we wanted. Service was excellent, from demo crews to startup. Hats off to Mingo and the hard working crews. We went from plain holding tank to a beautiful inviting pool. Thank you, Hamlin

  Experience matters! They are a family owned business that’s been building pools for 3 generations. Josh provided us a detailed explanation of all the pros, cons and costs of the pool features we wanted. This gave us peace of mind and made it easier to make decisions. Also, their maintenance/service techs and construction workers are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with addressing my questions & concerns!
