  From the application process to the actual move in, Sameera has been a great person to work with. No BS, straight shooter & clear on what was needed for us to move in ASAP. The comminity seems pretty quiet & the residents respectful for the most part. Your visitors finding an available marked "visitor" parking can be challenging at times, some residents use the visititor parking as well. OK site garages are a huge plus, even though they don't seem insulated so some heat sensitive storage items had to come inside. Maintenance has been great to work with & very friendly and welcoming. I waited a few month before my review & so far I love it here.

  I have been living at Hamlin for about five years and still am and when I tell you that you will receive the best service from their leasing office I tell you the truth and one of the best and most professional and amazing people to interact with is Maria she excellent and perfect in any questions or task that you might need to get done. She is on the job and informative and is an all around pleasure to speak to if you are thinking of stopping by and taking a look at the apartments Maria is the person to help you with that and the best

  Thank God for Sameera this is my first apartment she helped me with everything from the first step to getting approved I definitely recommend these apartments very organized and worth every penny Thank you again .

  First of all, I would like to say thank you to staff here at Hamlin for helping me and my family on finding a place. We can call home in a safe environment From the manager down to the Leasing, they were awesome Remind you, I’ve been to multiple places and yes, they are good, But for some reason, this one was a eye catcher on how the staff took care of me and my family very organized and very helpful On what I was looking for thank you for welcoming me and my family To this well maintained Community highly recommended if you’re looking for a new home this will be definitely the place for you and your family
