However, there was some confusion when I inquired about the available wash packages, and the staff member seemed unsure of my questions. I was quickly directed through the wash and later discovered that an add-on—costing nearly $10—had been included without clear explanation. Additionally, the tire dressing was not completed and required an extra $5 to be addressed. All in a suggestion to another package would have been a simple and effective solution. While the speed of service was excellent and the wash itself satisfactory, clearer communication and improved customer service would enhance the overall experience.
