  I have been going to Halls Vision Clinic for a few years and never been happier with the staff and Dr. Louthan and recomended him to my friends and they were happy with them.

  Dr. Louthan has been a good friend I've met while working with the TN Baptist convention in 2003. Since my moving to Knoxville in 2011 Dr. Louthan or Dr. Badger have been my primary ophthalmologists and it has been a pleasure being treated by them and their staff. They are very kind, gentle, polite, professional, and friendly. The staff has also been absolutely cordial and receptive. I have nothing but gratitude towards these amazing people and the work they do.

  I have seen all three doctors here and I am so impressed with all of them!! The rest of the staff is great as well!!

  Dr. Reach is awesome, all the nurses are nice, and they are punctual, forthright, and speedy.
