During a yearly pre heat system maintenance visit a problem was noticed with the Emergency heat unit. It was ordered and replaced and is now working after a period of troubleshooting. Turned out one of the coils was touching the side of the housing causing one of the breakers to trip. Mistah Williams stuck with it and discovered and fixed the issue. Nicely done!

During a routine annual maintenance service of a generator, Connor observed what was likely an ongoing issue from manufacturing that may have been overlooked since the initial installation by Haller. After advocating on our behalf with the manufacturer by obtaining post-warranty covered parts, Haller stepped up and followed through on the labor side as well.
We appreciate the professionalism and the customer service in diagnosing and rectifying this issue.

I can’t say enough good things about Justin Neff. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our HVAC system, explained everything in simple terms and laid out our options without ever making us feel pressured. On top of all of that, he had the repairs completed the same day. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer. Absolutely five-star service—will definitely request him for any future maintenance repairs. Highly recommend!

Beware of the up-charge service program. We opted for it and they were supposed to come out twice. They came out the first time and the technician was nice. During that visit, I pointed out that the humidifier control was not responding. The technician said that because the controller was not needed during the summer, they would check it out during the winter visit. The problem is that they did not show up for the winter visit.
When I called to see what why the did not show up, they did not provide any explanation and said I had to reschedule the visit. My wife and I had busy schedules at the time and so we had to call them back later. When I got back to them to schedule the visit, they said the service program window had passed.
So, they wanted to change us about $100 just to come out to our home. Rather than honor their service program, they actually applied a technicality. The lack of principle was disappointing. This company is not trustworthy based on our experience. Also, people complain about them being overpriced and so be sure to consider other companies.
