I was asked for a good contact number and never heard from them about the cleaning. I reached out again for the day of cleaning, asking if that time still works. I was met with the response of "Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, today’s cleaning won’t work on our end." Maybe don't offer next day appointments if you can fulfill them.
