After having owned a 2009 Mazda Speed 3 that I was deeply attached to, I knew without a doubt that my next vehicle would be another Mazda. Upon arriving at Hall Mazda, I was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dermetris, Robert and their incredible team made it their mission to ensure I found the perfect vehicle that not only suited but exceeded all of my needs and expectations. I’m only 5ft tall so not all vehicles are comfortable for me. It is extremely important that I feel secure and confident in any vehicle that I operate. What truly stood out was the team's relentless dedication to customer satisfaction. They worked tirelessly to present me with options that not only met my criteria but also made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. Their professionalism and courtesy transformed what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. After careful consideration, and to my surprise, I decided on a gorgeous 2018 Acura ILX with only 54,000 miles!!! It was undoubtedly love at first sight! Working with salesman Matthew Beatty and financing with Matthew M. , they made the experience and process efficient and smooth. Matthew B. was well versed on the brand and the model I was interested in and made the buying experience much less painful. - YZYu ZhangOct 27, 20255.0Yesterday, just completed my purchase of a 2025 CX-50 Hybrid Premium and can't be more pleased! I had an awesome sales experience at Hall Mazda. I reached out to the sale department of the dealership about two weeks ago while I was still physically in Japan. Told them what I was looking for and my specific and strict timeline and asked if they could accommodate. My sales agent, Dermetris, was super professional from the start, even offering to pick me up from my hotel to go to the dealership, as well as, drive me to the Navy Federal when it came time to get that check. When I finally arrived in Norfolk, and got situated at my hotel, Dermetris arrived in a red CX-50 Hybrid, the exact one I was looking at online. We knocked out a test drive right then and I was super impressed with the car! Once we got back to Hall Mazda though, I noticed this CLEAN looking dark blue color and asked if they had my car in that color, with the same amenities. And Dermetris double checked and sure enough they did! And that was it! Finalized the paperwork and drove away with my new whip! Thanks so much to the crew at Hall Mazda and especially Dermetris for making this process so streamlined and being able to accommodate my strict schedule!
