  Stopped in for service on my Jeep Gladiator and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Kasey Prass met me with a smile at the car door as soon as I turned off my vehicle. We discussed service needed, and she was upfront with pricing, no surprises! A few additional items needed to be addressed after diagnostics, and Kasey informed me of the expected additional time duration, and asked if I needed a shuttle. It took a bit longer than expected, and Kasey was extremely apologetic for the delay. These things happen, but the friendly service and constant communication truly offset the small time delay.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn at Hall of Virginia Beach, and I can’t praise her enough! From the moment I walked in, her professionalism and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Since purchasing my Grand Wagoneer, I've always felt welcomed by Kaitlyn and her team. It's such a comfort to work with someone who remembers you and makes you feel like part of a family rather than just a stranger. This personal touch is invaluable during stressful, unexpected times. Kaitlyn took the time to listen to all of my concerns about my vehicle and provided regular updates throughout the process. As a single parent, reliable transportation is a must, and she completely understood that. I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness in arranging a shuttle ride to and from the dealership, which made my day much easier. Not only did she get the work done in a timely manner, but her commitment to going above and beyond for her customers really stood out. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for your exceptional service!   I had an outstanding experience with the Hall Dodge Ram service department on Virginia Beach Blvd. My husband, who has dementia, called them when his truck wouldn’t start, and I was concerned about how things would be handled. Kaitlyn in the service department was so kind, understanding, and professional. She sent Tyler, who was wonderful with my husband—patient, calm, and respectful—and arranged for the truck to be towed in. Kaitlyn kept in touch with me daily, and when the parts were replaced, they did the work at no charge except for towing. Both she and Tyler went far above and beyond in their kindness and care. Highly recommend this dealership’s service department!

  When you’re stressed, in need of help, left without your car, and on top of everything you have to spend a large amount of money on repairs for your vehicle, a genuine sense of concern, empathy, and KINDNESS can change the whole attitude and confidence of a whole household. Ms. Prass and the young man at the parts desk (forgive me for not getting his name) made me feel like my family and I were getting taken care of with top quality service. Fingers crossed I don’t need anymore big maintenance tickets anytime soon, but if something were to happen, there is not another place I’d take my vehicle for maintenance or buy a new vehicle from. Thank you guys so much!
