I recently took my niece and daughter to an incredible book outlet, and we were absolutely amazed by the selection. As a full-time student pursuing online courses, I was thrilled to discover so many titles that catered to my needs. Many of the books I required were available in paperback, and the prices were simply unbeatable—I hardly spent more than $5 on any single book! To top it off, they had a delightful clearance table filled with hidden gems, where books that didn't sell were available for just a dollar each. I found some fantastic reads there! This experience exceeded all my expectations, making it the best visit to Half Price Books I have ever had. I can't wait to return and explore more! We each got 5 or more books and didn't even spend over $25.

30.06 = none of my money. 30.07 I can understand, but I will not give business to any company that is afraid of me lawfully carrying and wants to prohibit it.

PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. Do not come here if you are expecting actual discounted outlet prices. I have been here several times and have found tons of books that are marked the same or higher than the original HPB price tag. It’s a rip off. Not a real outlet store. Also, the actual book selection is pretty bare and a lot of the nonfiction section is pretty outdated (but still priced high, of course).

All items are clearly marked with a price. When I went to the register to pay, they said that some of the lower priced items were mislabeled and were actually more expensive. I think this is misleading by charging different prices at the register and not going for the marked price on the items. Be careful. I did mention this to staff and they just kept apologizing and stating they were sorry and didn’t honor the sticker price.
