  Had too many books I wanted, and I didn't have enough money to get them all. Despite that, I've never been in a book shop that had literally every single book on my wishlist.

  I recently took two boxes of hardback books to sell to Half Price Books in Tacoma. I was very disappointed in the whole process. Staff was not very helpful explaining the process or anything. Thou I figured things out, I was still disappointed in the lack of friendliness and communication, as well as the $3 for the 20+ books i brought in. I understand they need to make a profit also, however paying me $.30 for a book they turnaround and charge $8.99 for is disheartening. The store itself offers a large array of books, games, board games, music, movies and other items for sale.

  Don't sell books here. $1 for 7 books. I do like the price for kids books which is why I gave a 2 star.

  DONT SELL YOUR BOOKS OR MOVIES ETC. HERE, THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU AND SCAM YOU!!!!!!!! They are a big scam, i went and bout 7 cassettes from them for 35 dollars and not all of them worked, so took the cassettes and 3 books and a cd to sell to them and all they could offer was 4 dollars. I was unsatisfied with how they treated me even tho there out scamming people. Cuz why was i not able to get half of what i paid for plus some cuz i brought more stuff in on top of the 35 dollars worth of cassettes. Ik thats there way of making money but lowballing people and scamming them is not how to do it. I couldnt get half of what i paid for cuz they want to be greedy and make money. Thats fine but you dont need to make 50+ on 60 dollars worth of product. Why is it ok to be scamming ppl like that. They also got frustrated with me after i said they were out here scamming wich is true
