  I was so happy to be back in a Half Price Books after years living in places without any. It was welcoming and like seeing an old friend. I found more movies than my budget would allow. Quite pleased with my finds! Lovely, helpful, professional staff who helped get some sticky mystery gunk off of a dvd. Fantastic location. Am so pleased!

  I brought a ton of inherited video game stuff and gaming collectibles and manga to sell. Not only were they forward in their expectations of the time it would take to value everything, but they actually told me what each item amount they would pay when I asked, as well as we’re upfront about how the process worked. In fact, one of the employees called me back after I had left to inform me that they owed me $70 on top of what they had already given me, because they had accidentally undervalued an item, not knowing that it was a rare collectible. I appreciate their honesty, people and integrity.

  Its a cool little bookstore. The staff seem very friendly and willing to help you find whatever you might be looking for. The prices are great, of course. My only critique is that, in their fiction section, nothing seems to be alphabetical even though it says it is. So be prepared to spend a fair amount of time looking for the book you need. Which isn't all that bad, to be honest. Definitely recommend checking it out!

  I mean, I'm biased - every book store is a five star in my... book? Half Price is nice because it has both cheap paperbacks and collectible classics. I love how they sort out there nonfictions, but I always get a tad bit confused by how they sort the fiction. They carry such a wide range of products as well - along with the books, the movies and music selection is also wide and varied. The books are in great condition - they clearly pride themselves on only putting the ones in the best shape on the shelves.
