  I’ve visited other Half Price Books locations where the service is phenomenal, but this visit fell short. There was no greeting upon entry, no offer of assistance, and an overall lack of professionalism that made the experience disappointing.

  When they finish scanning the books that they choose to scan, they then tell you if you want to keep ANY of the books then they won't buy ANY. They told me they will buy every book or none of them if I decide to keep one.

  The employees are the best. They added more new books, which is great when you can't find a used version. Don't forget you can order from other stores too. Bring your books in for resale, but avoid busy back-to-school time.
