Awesome!! Love this store. Unlike Big Box/Big Brand bookstores the prices whether buying new or used are reasonable. Also they have cool & unquie items in almost every section. Lastly, you can sell your used books, comics, games etc to them.

Love finding interesting books, and the 20% off for teacher appreciation weekend was . . . well . . . appreciated.

The staff at the cashier desk are quite pleasant, but all the other staff, especially the men who work in the back are really disrespectful. They have no manners. You’re in their way while looking at the books on the shelf and it’s your job to get out of their way. Also, why is it necessary to bath mouth a customer who decides not to sell the books because of the low money they would get after they leave? Why say it out loud for other customers to hear? Grown adults acting like tweens is quite pathetic. Multiple times we have bought something just to find out there’s nothing inside or it’s broken. So, you purchase these items from people and you don’t check to make sure it works or has the items in it? I get people take things but for a company that thrives on purchasing items to resell, you’d think they would be better at loss prevention.
