  I called tonight to see if there were 2 books in stock. The person on the phone, Chris, was so kind and helpful! He went to grab one of the books off the shelf to put on hold for me, then instructed me on how I can order the other book through their system that they didn’t have in stock. Yes, other employees have helped me in the same manner previously, but my experience tonight felt top-notch, as he really seemed like a pleasant human who enjoys his job. Thank you!

  Not worth the wait to sell your books to them! They make you feel like your good books are worthless to get them cheap and the wait is usually an hour! It's a tactic they use to wear you down!

  It was very clean and the associates were very helpful. They had a little bit of everything....I would go back there.

  I get that it's a tough business but damn they are cheap with sellers. Sold my childhood collection of books, including multiple box sets and other full series, hardcovers, mostly carefully handled (no dogears, no writing, no missing pages). Didn't even get enough credit to buy 3 books.

  I was looking for a very specific CD for my collection and HPB’s website told me this was the only HPB store that had this deluxe edition in stock. I called to confirm and a girl with a pleasant attitude answered the phone and confirmed that it was the edition I was looking for. They had the disc shipped out to my house in Texas the following day. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dublin store
