Always fun to go in and buy books, games, stationary and more. Great little coffee shop. Staff is always helpful. Love that it is dog friendly 💕

I like the size of this location and the fact there are a bunch of options. HOWEVER, the kid section is always trashed. Books on the floor, pages ripped out, just an overall disaster. We also saw a cool LEGO set in the glass and I looked it up online. You could buy it new for $20 less than their sticker price.

We stop at the Flagship store Everytime we're in Dallas. My Son's love it. Great place to spend some time wandering amongst the books and picking out your next read. They also have good seating throughout with tables and chairs. So a lot of times my Wife and I will sit with a book and let the Boys pick out their books. Good time overall and great atmosphere.

This is a lovely location! There are so much to browse through, the store is aesthetically pleasing and well-organized, and staff are friendly and helpful. There are also lots of reading related social events (and more) going on. There are also many places to sit if your feet get tired.

I really love coming to the big store. I don't love that they have moved stationary and calendars from the front of the store. The young man who helped me at the information desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. He got out from behind the desk and walked me to exactly what I was looking for. Later when I asked the front about something else I had forgotten, they sent me back to the desk as it was near them. Thinking the same young man was done helping the gentleman he was helping, i asked for help again. He told me he wasn't quite done with his customer, and that the girl behind the desk could help me. I walked over, told her what I was looking for, she told me where to look. I told her I looked there. She suggested another area. Told her I looked there. She told me to ask the guy up front checking people out. Told her he sent me to her. Suggested she look. She said if I couldn't find it she couldn't either. Really? I thought. Then why do they pay you I thought. I don't know her name. I should have asked. She was quite young and Asian. I wouldn't have cared if she was Green if I could have found what I needed so I didn't have to look elsewhere tho. I got to the front counter to pay. The guy asked if I found what I needed. Told him no the guy who was very helpful before was busy with another customer and the young girl back there told me a couple of places to look but wouldn't come out from behind the counter when I asked her to help me look. He apologized. I told him at this point I was convinced that they didn't have what I was looking for. I bragged to him about the young man who had helped me after his apology tho. He said he would let the young man and others know that i had bragged on him for going out of his way to help me. Told him I noticed he did the same with the person before me and the person after me as well, that I wasn't the exception to the rule. Kudos to this young man!
