  Friendly and helpful staff. Relax atmosphere to take a step back to look at books, puzzles and lost treasures from the past. On our last visit, found a puzzle of one of Bev Doolittle's art among other gift ideas. We have frequent HPB about every few months.

  Well stocked store, as a newer collector of Stephen King hardcovers I like dropping in every 1-2 weeks to check out what's come in and I usually find something to get

  Love Half Price Books! Large selection of newer and used books. Clearance section is in the back right corner. Every time I stop in I can find 3-5 books I want. They also have a decent selection of reasonably priced greeting cards. I’m from out of state and we don’t have any used book stores close by so visit Half Price Books whenever I’m in Apple Valley.
