  I've bought flooring from Chris and Val a few times, they're the best in the area to deal with by far. And if they dont have all the material you need at the shop for pickup they will deliver to you. Always a great experience and look foward to doing business with them in the future!

  They came out and laid vinyl plank. It looked nice. They came back the next day to finish. The flooring was horrible. I mean, really horrible. I spoke with the owner, Chris Sawyer. He said he would bring his best flooring guy and would be there the next day. They never showed up. I called and I called. His voice-mail was full and wouldn't accept messages. I texted Chris manyl times. Finally, he texted back "Who is this?" I messaged back reminding him of who I was, our appointment and my address. He did not respond. Not ever. My floor is ruined.

  Chris installed flooring with quarter round moulding for me which looks great overall. However, some of the moulding pieces were loose, and all the mouldings were not painted only primed. I don't know if I could expect the mouldings to be painted or not. I would give him a 4.5 out of 5 for the flooring. Here is the reason why I give him only 1 star: I bought new kitchen cabinets from Chris as well which were installed very quickly but the outlet for the microwave, which was covered for the most part by the bottom of the top cupboard, was not moved by his installers, instead they pulled the outlet out of its housing and laid it into the cabinet with the hot wires exposed. They obviously were rushing so much that they couldn't be bothered moving either the outlet or cutting the cupboard to make the outlet fit. This was such a hazard because we couldn't even see the hot wires. They never said anything about the hazard and left without putting the microwave back on the wall. They also damaged a screw head of the handle on the inside of the corner cupboard which left a big deep scratch on the outside of the cupboard after we closed it for the first time. I texted Chris (because you can't call him) about the issues, and he still hasn't gotten back to me. I am really upset about the hazard we were left with.
