this is an outstanding group of women that work At the State Farm office in azle Texas the staff is always very helpful. Answered all my questions and forgive me for not being computer literate lol thanks Kim for your help with my state farm app. You were able to talk me through it very patient and you were very kind. couldn't find my upto date car insurance card. talked to Kim and she like everone else with Haley is super nice and helpful. with companies trying to get my business i can't quit Haley because everyone is so nice and helpful and they listen.

I do not recommend Haley Carter’s office based on my experience as a former client. During my time with the agency, I informed them multiple times that I worked in a location where phone use was prohibited. Despite this, I continued to receive calls and voicemails. After a rate increase—one that had not been previously communicated—I chose to switch to a different insurance provider. Although I ended my relationship with the agency over two years ago, I still receive unsolicited calls on a monthly basis. This ongoing contact suggests a lack of attention to client preferences and boundaries.
