Service department is experienced and competent and cares about doing it right. Accessories and parts are priced as good or better than online outlets. The sales are good - I walked in to buy a professional power pruner/pole saw, and was hoping to haggle my way into getting a spare chain thrown in. Instead the guy said, "How about 15% off the the pruner?" saving me $97.50! Almost $100 less than the box stores (which don't offer parts and service). He was willing to find the answer to any and every technical question I asked. Their prices are the same or better than both Blains and Home Depot, the selection of equipment is obviously much better, and they automatically process your warranty for you. I've liked Echo saws and trimmers for decades and have used them professionally - a lot of arborists and lawn care pros use Echo, and even the Dane County Parks system runs Echo saws and trimmers. I've run Echo, Stihl and Husqvarna over the years, but am now running 100% Echo. What sets this shop apart is that they're a breath of fresh air among dealers and service centers, whatever the brand, and they do this simply by being honest, decent people.
