- JEJessica EddyJan 28, 20221.0Worst place to get propane when having an infant in the house!!! Will not recommend to a new family or any family in that matter!! I've called multiple times about getting a refill due to me having an infant and they haven't sent anyone out to fill our tank but is willing to put us on a waiting list until we have no heat!! I absolutely WOULD NOT AND I MEAN WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR PROPANE AND THEIR PRICES WILL LEAVE YOU WONDERING WHY THEY COST SO MUCH!!

I would think that they would give professional advice to a new customer but that wasn't the case. They were more interested in making money than taking care of a customer! It won't happen again to me!!

- RWRon WhipkeySep 23, 20191.0Went there as a new customer looking to get a 500 gallon propane installed. Randy came out to do a property inspection, was told I had to remove shrubs and part of my fence to get tank in and it had to be installed on a dry day. I removed shrubs and took down fence, hasn’t rained in 3 weeks. I’ve called several times and have also stopped by office only to be told I would be getting a call back from someone. This has been going on for over a month now and still no calls back and still no propane tank delivered. Very bad customer service and would not recommend them.
