  Eric and Steven made a great installation team! They kept me abreast of their arrival time, took the old washer, installed the new washer, and made sure all the connections were sound. They finished the job quickly and efficiently and had the washer up and running smoothly. Highly recommend Hagedorn’s and their team.

  These guys did a great job! They really had to work hard to get this big fridge in! When they left everything was hooked up and they gone over the details of the appliance! Thank you so much Steven and Eric!

  Eric and Steve had a long day and persevered like professionals. This was their last stop and we received white glove quality on our installation as if it was an early stop on a short day. I believe we made the best call on our appliance purchase from the best shop in town, so much better than the service from the large box stores in tha past.

  Steven and Brandon from Hagedorn’s Appliances just finished my complete kitchen appliances installation. All I can say is WOW!! These guys are awesome!! This wasn’t the easiest appliance install by any stretch of the imagination, but they worked every kink they ran into out! Brandon and Steven were very professional and super knowledgeable. They tested everything for excellent working condition, and showed me exactly how to operate each appliance. They cleaned everything and took all of the empty boxes with them. Thank you Steven and Brandon for a fantastic job!! 10 stars!! I will definitely buy from Hagedorn’s again. Psss, give these 2 a raise!!

  We thought dealing with a locally owned store would be better, but our experience was not good. We ordered a gas stove/oven that was installed by Hagedorn. The technician told us that there would be a smell initially when using it since it was new, but the odor persisted and gradually became worse. Duke Energy came to inspect and found a gas leak that was attributed to a defective stove. The Duke Energy technician said the gas line was properly connected, but the issue was the stove and possible it was refurbished. When we called Hagedorn about this, they insisted it was brand new. We asked for the defective stove to be removed and at first they were trying to get us to exchange it for the exact same model. We decided to go with another company instead. We were told that the refund would be issued once the stove was removed, but we waited over a week with no refund. So we called Hagedorn, and the person said they had tried calling us, but this was not true as we got no phone call from them. At first they only wanted to refund the stove but not the delivery, saying that we could pick out another appliance there. We insisted that we were told the full amount would be refunded. Finally, they agreed and did refund the full amount. It's unfortunate this happened, as a gas leak is a serious issue and not something to take lightly.
