⭐☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dave, the manager. When I respectfully informed him that he was overcharging elderly customers for a broken lamp, he became rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the concern or even acknowledging the mistake, he spoke to me with an attitude that no customer should ever experience. It’s upsetting to see someone in a management position treating people this way, especially when vulnerable customers are being taken advantage of. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others to be aware of their pricing practices.

I love (or used to love) this store. I donated a few items with this trip. But the rising prices on USED items has become outrageous. I have lots of Copper Chef cookware. Saw a pan, with lid, picked it up. I thought the price was $3 at first. The pan had scrapes inside. It was obvious it had been greatly used. For $3 dollars, I thought would purchase it. When I put the lid back on, I had grossly misread the price. It was not $3, it was $30!! Needless to say I left it there. I understand rent and employee wages. What I don't understand is brand new prices on greatly used, DONATED items. I won't be donating items anymore, anywhere. If I can't give items to someone I know, I'll simply throw them away.

I try to check this spot at least once a week for any good finds, there’s definitely some good deals and finds! Wish they still had golf clubs 😢
