  Purchased a cafe refrigerator from Husan! They were very professional. When I brought it home and plug in, there was a leak from the water dispenser. I called Husan and he show me how to trouble shoot and fix it since it a common issue when you remove the door to bring it inside. When I couldn’t fix it myself, I reach out for help. He immediately sent his repair crew to come out that same day. One hour away and resolve the problem. I recommend this place to anyone. I very satisfied with the service, save over $2000 on this fridge. There is no worry purchasing from this place. In a world where everyone is trying to make a quick bucks, I’m so grateful for such a place with honor and integrity that still exist!!!!

  Purchased 2 refrigerators for my rentals. A stainless unit was delivered and was not cooling. Called and reported. Owner said he will replace. They delivered a white refrigerator, not a stainless. When the delivery team left I unwrapped the refrigerator and observed a massive dent on the upper right hand corner. I called the owner to complain and asked how could you sell a customer a horrible looking refrigerator. I am a landlord and he will never see me in his store. The small appliance stores in Camden have more respect for their customers than HR APPLIANCE. BEWARE OF HR APPLIANCE on Route 130 in Camden. If you shop there don’t trust them.

  I haven't purchased Anything yet.. but I must say the customer service is excellent!! Jose was extremely helpful kind and answered all my questions and their delivery fee is very palatable! The young ladies working there were very kind and helpful...hope to get my stackable washer soon but wanted to take the time to post this as Jose took the time to provide me with EXCELLENT customer service!!

  Got an awesome deal on a great fridge. Store staff and delivery drivers were professional and courteous. In the store, I was shown what I had asked about and then was left alone to discuss with my family and make my own decision without the sales pressure some other stores put on you. All my questions were answered and I couldn't be more satisfied. Next time I'm in the market for an appliance I will definitely go back!

  We LOVE this place every time we go there we make out on great great deals the people are extremely nice if there happens to be a problem they will be at your house to fix it as soon as possible the more you buy the bigger deals you get I highly recommend this place I will keep going back
