Furnace was not kicking on. I called HJ Faust at 12:50pm and by 1:20 pm Will from HJ Faust show up and repaired furnace and I was back in business by 1:45p! Thanks Will!

Jeff Brutlag has been our go to guy for a number of years. He’s always courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He has such a wonderful attitude that both my husband and I look forward to having him in our home. He stands out among the fine group of people that work for HJ Faust as the tech we feel most comfortable with! We have been with HJ Faust since 1994 when we bought a condo in Geneva National. When we built a home in Lake Geneva we knew they were very reliable and did not even consider competing companies. It is such a pleasure dealing with a knowledgeable, ethical, trustworthy company such as H.J Faust and we thank you for the many years of great service.
