He communicated clearly from start to finish, explaining the process and being meticulous with the repair details. The results? Our SUV looks brand new again, and my wife is extremely happy! If you live in the North Texas area don’t waste your time with a large branch shop where you and your car will get lost in the shuffle. John provided great and efficient customer care throughout the entire process. My car was beat up from recent hail storms and post repair I cannot see a single ding from the hundreds that were there previously.
