  On October 5, 2025 Mr. Nigel Gernhard came to my resident to service my AC. This is the experience my husband and I had with Mr. Nigel: When he arrived at the door, he rang the doorbell. He was very patient until I came to the door. He was kind, respectful, considerate, patient and very knowledgeable about the job. He walked my husband and I through the entire paperwork process and gave us options. He did not force any financial agreement on us, he explained, whenever you’re ready to go forward with the service it will be a pleasure to have you’ll apart of our company. He forward all the information to my husband email. Everything he did in the attic, and outside of the home. He also went the extra mile and checked the air ducts. We have some problems however, again he did not force us to sign anything or get the work done immediately. Again, he said whenever you are ready. He presented to us the contact information; then we said our goodbyes. Thank you so very much again for having Mr. Nigel apart of this company. He deserves a raise!! Our visit with him was a blessing from GOD ALMIGHTY INDEED🙏🏽❣️. Respectfully, James and Betty 🙏🏽🕊️

  Bradly was our technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained his findings and options for work to be done. We were very happy to work with him. He was very thorough in his assessment. He was very honest and showed me supporting evidence. I would highly recommend Bradly and the business.

  Mark S arrived on time and was thorough and efficient in his evaluation of my home’s electrical situation. Polite and professional, it was a pleasure to work with him. Fast response on estimate.

  I called Thursday afternoon & was able to get an appointment Friday morning. Was told my window was 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., but the tech Mark S. showed up promptly at 8 a.m. Which was a surprise because I suppose we get used to technicians/companies making you wait the entire 4 hours. Mark S. was very knowledgeable & professional. He answered all of my questions & explained why each step was required. His main focus was everything being done well & up to code so there would not be any future issues or concerns. Mark S. is an asset to the company & if all of the techs are similar, then I would definitely recommend H&E to anyone in Belle Chasse & any surrounding areas the company services.
