Everyone was nice and professional big shout to Lucas very professional Get massage on my phone to drive to the gate and after that another massage show my assigned door and check in door Backing up is easy enough room to maneuver Three hours waiting and get call to drive to the check office to get my paperwork

- WUWake UpSep 11, 20251.0I pulled up at 7 appt at 7:30 they assigned me a door at 7:27. I have been on the door since 7:30 it’s now 10:01pm and I’m still waiting. Even though I just watched two truck leave that pulled up long after me . I even checked in again to ask what was the hold up because my trailer hasn’t moved in almost an hr and he said they were still counting. Remind me to never come back here because all they do is burn your clock up and they don’t care about your time !
