I went to cook dinner just now and I’ve got expired meat that I just bought for a premium price might I add…. I expect that from places like Kroger but not from HEB which is why I DRIVE AN EXTRA 20 MINS TO SHOP WITH YOU!!!! Unacceptable… absolutely no reason to return if this is the kind of crap I’m gonna get…

Thy didn’t even want to bag juices. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Why will I spend my money for a location that don’t care if the customers items fall on the ground.

Mind you at this time there was 8 employees back there. Then see a guy named Noel just walking back and forth. Still no one being waited on. Two customers already left. Finally after 22 minutes waiting there a lady in the back said to Noel we need to help these customers. By the time I received my product total time 32 minutes.
- DIDom inhereSep 24, 20251.0Everytime coming here you see 12 different managers talking amongst eachother the WHOLE time and no one stacking groceries correctly in carts. Not once or twice but multiple times they don’t know how to manage their people at ALL!! I can do there job walk and talk while stacking groceries and doing the most minimal stuff. People are so self entitled they can’t do PROPER training on even how to stack groceries in a cart with bags. There a joke and self entitled at its finest. You get PAID to do the job so do it correctly.
