Great for convenience, and overall has generally had everything we've needed so far without us having to venture out to another HEB. However, three weeks in a row now, on one of my only days off (Mondays), the car wash has been unavailable to use because it's out of service. I have only two days off a week, and we do our major grocery haul on Mondays because most of the time, there are fewer people, and that makes it easier on my arthritic sister so that she's not twisting her knees trying to get out of people's way. It would be convenient at that point to zip over after we're done to wash my car, but no. No car wash for me, and I don't really want to go driving all over Round Rock to find a car wash to use. Do better, HEB. Please.

She was on her phone when I approached and it was my turn to scan my items to check out. She did not even acknowledge me while I was scanning my items. What is the point of having a bagger in that check out lane if they don't bag the items for you? I bagged all my items because she didn't bother at all, and didn't even ask if I needed assistance. But focused on the other customers on the other side. That's fine, whatever. You may need to retrain this associate or put her somewhere else more useful. This was today, 10/06/2025, in the afternoon.
