I really loved this H-E-B but lately this store has fallen short. I went early one morning and the cashier Tiffany B was checking me out. They were really rude and short. I wanted to chat with a manager but I let it go and chalked it up to maybe they were having a bad day. We all have those. Today, I bought formula for my child and when I got home I noticed that the formula can was dented and the formula was coming out. So, I drove back to the store to get two new cans. The cashier (Lily) told me bc of the way I paid she couldn’t help me. I understand this may be policy if there was an exchange because I don’t like the product. I wasn’t buying a different brand, just exchanging the compromised product that HEB sold me for cans that were not. This was an HEB issue. Instead of her calling a manager to assist her, she turned around to her coworkers to talk badly about me not realizing that I was still standing there and could hear her.
An amazing manager assisted me and I was able to get formula to feed my child. Lily even kept repeating to the manager how they couldn't help me, instead of realizing the issue was no longer hers to handle. She should've just walked away.
I won’t be returning to this store. I’ll drive further to get better service. But I will never forget the amazing help from the manager today at the customer service desk. I was out of formula so I am beyond grateful for her help. True customer service. That is the only reason this post gets 2 stars. Because of her amazing help.
Just spoke with a partner…..dismal. There needs to end I’m customer service coaching with HEB. You all have lost a customer.

This H-E-B used to be excellent, but the quality control has gone downhill. I recently purchased sushi and found blue plastic pieces in two separate rolls. This is unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk — I could have easily choked. Please take better precautions to ensure food safety and proper handling.

Remodeling pharmacy side. Many items out of place. Not enough check outs, forces self check out.
It’s been more than 8 years going at this location, and I've noticed that lately the cashiers charge me for extra things or simply add more things to my purchases. Last time, the guy (cashier) was talking a lot with the girl bagging the items, and he had added $14 of mangoes, which I didn't have. He checked my purchases again and in fact I didn't have any mangoes. He apologized and continued talking to the girl bagging the items. When I got home, I checked my receipt and realized he had charged me for the peaches twice ($9, by the way). I was already upset because, clearly, no one gives me the money for doing nothing, I work hard to buy food for my kids, and everything has been so expensive lately. How is it possible that the cashiers are NOT responsible for what they do? It's easy for them to overcharge, but it's not so easy for us to make money at our jobs. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE because if you come back later and ask for a refund, you won't get it.

As so many other reviewers are saying, this HEB in Kyle Texas is really terrible. Every time I go in, the store is not stocked well, especially in the green produce sections. I mean, NOTHING most of the time. Doesn't matter what time I come in. The store is filthy, the shelves are bare, the website says stuff is in stock, but IT'S NOT, and the employees don't want to help you with questions. The answer from most, LITERALLY, is "I don't know." I then ask, "who does know?" 3 employees in one day answered back, "I don't know." I finally said, "then go ask!" Seriously bad. I have never been to any grocery store, all companies, that was this poor in service and product availability. Rudeness and laziness seems to be the training for most here. Kyle needs another big grocery store to kick this one's behind into action! I have very few reviews on google. I don't like leaving them. But this time it was a must. Kyle HEB, you need to CHANGE YOUR WAYS. Want to add that if you read the "great" reviews below, they are all "local guides." None of those reviews reflect the truth of this store. None.
