Would have been 5 stars but I do think baggers could do better, coupon scans and discounted items. We put our groceries in a order from dry goods to cold goods to fruits, veggies, eggs and milk, yet, they all get mixed up in bagging. Sometimes bread gets smooshed and ends up under things. And sometimes things like shampoo get bagged with food? When I didn't have them together. Some of the people that scan up our groceries can have a rude tone or look like they don't want to be there and not greet you. Everything else is great with good selections of what you need. Also, sometimes paper coupons won't work when they are displayed to use but the system doesn't read it(I do double check every coupon i use to make sure i get the right items)and sometimes things discounted like our daughters barbie but it still scans up full price? We did try getting it corrected by this man that was trying to help but didn't understand or know what he was doing and than took the toy thinking we couldn't buy it full price when it's discounted. Money ain't the issue, the errors were the issue. If something is discounted on label than it should be in the system already at self checkout. Shouldn't have any of these issues when shopping. It should be peace of mind using self checkout.

Where does H-E-B source its meat?
H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
