  This is my store for good produce, good customer service and help, and good prices. I only wished that they had Dandies Marshmallows and Dubai Chocolates in the store.😊

  Be very mindful if you order curbside or delivery that some things from your order will “magically disappear” from your grocery cart but some now you’re still charged the same amount. Not to mention they’ll charge your card for amounts you did not authorize. Be careful with these people.

  We’ve had the worst experience here on october 7th around 1900 pm. We went to the express checkout by accident, because it was so busy. When we greeted the cashier, she was almost exploding from anger and we didn’t know why. As I complained, because the created a huge chaos with our items, she snitched at me “this is the express checkout”! Very uncommon for H-E-B. She than threw my red velvet cake in the bag and the little decor got messed up. As I asked her to leave it, she didn’t want to let go of my purchase either. A strange interaction. When I got home, I found our cookie box open and the cookies were all broken. Not a nice experience for almost $200

  My wife ordered Coconut Lime pudding for a pie. When she returned home she had received Tropical Mango pudding instead. She called the store and spoke the manager and they said they checked the ordered, and that she had ordered the Tropical Mango, so it was her error. So my wife went back online, and tried to order the Coconut Lime and their systems automatically defaulted to the Tropical Mango (which wasn't even an option on the website). So she couldn't have even selected the Tropical Mango if she wanted too, and then the app automatically defaulted to it. We called the store manager back, and she refused to even listen, or check the system...just kept stating that the error was hers and not the store's; because that is what she ordered, because it was on the order and on the receipt. The store manager didn't even care that there was an error in their computer system and giving customers the wrong products. Definitely didn't care about the frustrations and her actions (statements) that it was creating for their customers. If you use the pickup order system, buyer beware; as you will need to just return the item for a refund and purchase the correct product. That was the best the store could do.

  I took advantage of HEB'S Express delivery yesterday and was quite impressed. It came in handy for a quick handful of items I needed soonest. The cool part was the items I needed didn't cost me an arm or a leg. It was eight must-have items I'd needed and the fast delivery was right on point which included everything I'd ordered. The low cost of the items made it very affordable for the delivery fee and tip. I will use this service again, especially for fast short orders. Honorable 🎖 mention especially go out to the FAVOR delivery team and their shoppers, who are an awesome team! Great job guys!🤝
