  I wanted to give an update on this review, as I originally had given a 1 star rating as seen below, towards the bottom of this review. I did speak with a manager about my experience that day & how I was treated. The manager heard me and since then have not had any issues. She told me the person working that day was a temp filling in. I am taking my time to change my review bc there is one employee who has gone above and beyond. She is super sweet. She remembers my name when I come in and is always so helpful. Her name is Darlene and she has completely changed my view on this pharmacy! When I come by and Darlene is working she always gives exceptional service and helps her customers to the best of her ability. I hope her hard work does not go unrecognized and I want her to know her customers do appreciate all she does. I want to thank her for being so kind and compassionate. Prior Review: Pharmacist Rosie Riojas treated me horribly here. Has no compassion for her patients and this will be my last visit here. I have never had an issue with any other HEB pharmacy except this one. As a matter of fact all the other pharmacist on staff have been wonderful. God help you if you get this woman but I will never be back here again just bc how horribly she treated me and how disrespectful she was to me. I really hope I can have a manager reach out to me.
