    Not organized at all, claimed I didn't have a prescription even though I received calls saying my prescription was ready for pickup for that specific location. Best thing is I was told my prescription wouldn't be ready for 10 days which turned into two weeks. Thanks for wasting my time. Please go somewhere else people

    I’ve waited quite a while to leave a review because I wasn’t sure if the bad service was something that just happened every once in a while with a lazy employee or if it was their standard of service. They will not reach out when your prescription is ready When you submit a prescription refill or if a doctor submits a prescription and there is any kind of issue or question they will not reach out to you. They just will not fill the prescription so that when you come by to pick it up, you find out that they never filled it. It would make more sense if they would rather doing this. It is a 20 minute drive for me to pick up my prescriptions yet. This is the closest closest H-E-B to my home. Customer service sucks.
