    Zero stars from me. Worse service I’ve ever experienced at a Gatesville Pharmacy. Rude employees.

    I wish I could give a zero. February 15th, 2024 I picked up 2 prescriptions for use in a nebulizer. This should be filed under Medicare Part B. Their brochure states they will file under Part B. Even after an extensive conversation with the pharmacist, it was filed under regular pharmacy coverage and was denied. Go to Walgreens, their manager, Andrew, understands what he is doing.

    Store is always clean and they always have great deals. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help you out to your car if necessary and if you're at the check out and forgot something they have even offered to run and grab it for you if staffing allows. Great store!
