  We are new to Texas. We have come from a country that does not offer self checkouts. We needed some assistance and Ashley came to us, hands in pocket, pressed some buttons and walked away. She never said anything so we told her our country doesn’t offer that service. She never acknowledged us. We didn’t see what part was the scale so we asked her again to show us. Hands in pockets, she walked over, pointed to the scale and walked away. When we were walking out, we wanted to ask her not to be so dismissive as we just needed some help. However, she was on her phone and didn’t look up when we approached her, so we just asked her what her name was and walked out. Come on HEB! You need to train your staff to be helpful!

  I’ve been refraining from giving a poor review for quite some time now. Every month I have to reach out to the pharmacy to ensure they fill my prescription though I have automatic refills set up. Usually it is not filled on time and is not the correct brand name that I have previously requested. This is extremely frustrating as I I've even called up to a month in advance (several times) to ensure that they order the correct brand on time... and each month I find myself getting my prescription several days late. To me, this just seems like poor customer service, as I’ve reached out on various occasions and I consistently end up getting a response of “its out of our hands”.
