  Thank God for HEB pharmacy. I’ve always grocery shopped here but never used the pharmacy, until now. I’ve never had chronic conditions or much use for medications until this summer. I had previously used walgreens (my entire life) for any time I’ve been sick or whatever, everything went thru walgreens. I e had some very common simple generic medications that needed to be filled at walgreens this summer. I was shocked when refills took an entire week despite my medicine being in stock, they could not give me any reason for delay other than they were busy - okay. Finally got first one after a week so when refill was due, I submitted it early and it still took days! When I went to pick up, the tech was in a horrible mood and didn’t even speak when I handed her my cards and told her I was there for pickup. Weirded customer service ever. Anyway, I was due for a time sensitive generic fertility drug today and walgreens apparently received it Friday, but as of today, it was still not approved. I needed to start it today. HEB to the rescue, allowed me to pick it up timely even though walgreens had placed a hold on it. The staff at HEB pharmacy were fast and friendly. I really appreciate their willingness to help me identify solutions to the walgreens transfer/ insurance issues due to the Walgreens hold. hEB made it happen for me. I will be only using HEB moving forward. I wish I had made the switch sooner!!!

  Sobia is the extremely rude pharmacist, every time I call - I pray that I don’t get her on the phone. Her voice is condescending “We just opened… so…” she is just super rude and I will be moving my next refill else where.

  Always courteous, professional and prompt. Quick to answer questions or contact prescribing Doctor if information or approval is needed.

  So, this is the 2nd time I have tried to get my muscle relaxer medication! Last time, I had 2 prescriptions ready and they only gave me ONE! I am now having to call my doctor and change the pharmacy because this is just not okay! HEB is a great grocery store but the pharmacy is just… blah!
