    Came to pick up a refill on 5/12/25 for a prescription that was sent in on 4/12/25. An entire month earlier and was told they not only didn't have anything but had sent in multiple faxes to my dr requesting refills. However 1 phone call to my dr proved that was a lie and he resubmitted my prescription. When I came to pick it up they filled my new request and said I still had 3 refills from april..... the one they just said was not in the system. Dr also confirmed they did not receive any faxes so my question is why all the lies? There was no need to flat out lie and make up stories. This store has been getting worse and worse for the last few years and now I understand all the bad reviews.

    I’ve had a prescription on back order for a couple weeks and they keep leaving me voicemails saying it’ll be 1-2 days. I called the pharmacy and asked the status after waiting, they said “have you considered switching pharmacies to CVS or Walgreens”

    They could have more people there to help you find what you're looking for., But all in all, I do like this HEB
