  Unfortunately for H‑E‑B Brookshire Brothers were cheaper. Way cheaper. One prescription was half of what H‑E‑B was asking. It pays to shop around.

  Not happy with this experience my doctor sent in my losartan E script yesterday for my blood pressure. I need it and the lady telling me to come back tomorrow or wait 30 minutes not good customer service.😔👎

  I just switched over to HEB pharmacy and am so happy with everything about my experience! I first called a couple of times with questions about how to change pharmacies and what I'd need and where to go, etc. Everyone I've delt with there has been nice, kind, helpful, and professional. It was easy to speak with a REAL Human on the phone too. There were several time-consuming issues that came up while I was getting my first perscriptions filled in the drive-through. Clarissa helped me and never made me feel rushed or like I was a pain (though I was, and it took some extra time in the drive-through too). Another employee saw Clarissa was busy with me so the other employee started helping the other line to keep the drive through running smoothly. It was a wonderful example of teamwork and how a good business is run. I am thankful to find HEB Pharmacy and highly recommend it to everyone in this area!
