  The conscience store itself inside in not super big as say other heb conscience stores like the one on Bulverde. The restrooms are really nice and big here though. Not as clean.

  I usually like this H-E-B fuel station on Bandera & 1604, but lately I’ve run into the same issue more than once. A few weeks ago, I overheard another customer tell the cashier that a pump wasn’t working, and the cashier seemed unconcerned and told him to just come inside and pay. I didn’t think much of it at the time. But today, I pulled up to pump #11 and had the exact same problem—it wouldn’t read my card or respond to any button presses. I drove around to another pump, and then let the cashier know about it. Unlike before, this cashier didn’t seem concerned at all. He looked at his computer, said everything “looked fine,” and told me I could just come inside to pay. That’s not really convenient, since you never know exactly how much gas your car will take, and I’d rather not prepay a random amount or make multiple trips inside. The station is clean and easy to get in and out of, but it’s frustrating that pump issues don’t seem to get addressed quickly.

  Slow as all hell, and I have to watch ads while it’s pumping… nah I’m good, next time I’ll gladly go somewhere else.
