I really do love this location but waiting for over 30+ minutes every time for my curbside order is getting really old when I have two young toddlers in the car!

After spending the entire night in the emergency room, I came to this pharmacy to fill my prescription. I was informed that my medication had been rejected, and the pharmacist on duty was extremely curt and unhelpful. I was treated without dignity, and no assistance was provided. I intend to file a formal complaint with the H-E-B corporate office regarding this experience.

A few cashiers (not all) just seem like they are annoyed with any customers they are checking out. They are tossing your items while scanning and bagging. They don't really acknowledge the people they are checking out. I've gone to other hebs around this area and they aren't dismissive of the customers. I'm not sure if it's just a smaller heb and it gets busy, but even when it's not busy it still seems like you're a burden there.

So heard this story about some of the younger adults that are employed here don't understand that the stuff on the line that your bagging is not store property anymore and it's our property so I don't like seeing my items THROWN down the line I don't care if it's in a box don't throw other people's stuff. It's that simple. Probably a training issue. Take care of your customers items thanks!
