Too many times I’ve bought items here only to get home and realize they were months past expiration. The last time i was here I purchased a pack of chicken and I had to throw out the entire thing because it smelled rotten. My family has shared our concerns with the staff many times - I’m also sure they aren’t blind to this problem but doesn’t seem like there has been any improvements.

H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers.
