Never had an issue at this HEB until a cashier “Bryan A” as marked on my receipt charged me for the wrong apples (+$0.40/lb) when my apples have the sticker clearly saying what apples they were. Also bagged all my heavy jars with my fragile produce, and didn’t even double bag. Thanks, it broke. Also missed bagging one of my items. Luckily I caught that mistake before leaving.

Horrible management for night shift I had a horrible experience. Me and my sister had took a quick trip to HEB and she had grabbed her hygiene products I had to grab something to cook for dinner we had went into the 10 items or less self check out because I had exactly 10 items and my sister had 7 items exact we were told we can not enter the line due to us being together I explained she has her own basket I have my own basket she’s using a totally different payment method then me she has her card I have mine we aren’t even going to the same machine the manager reid (white skin guy, blonde hair, manager on night shift) told me that’s not how it works due to you guys coming in the store together you can’t go into self check out I said that makes no sense we have separate orders we rode together our items aren’t even in the same basket he began to get rude and say I said what I said so go to the other end of the store luckily I got it on video once he seen I started recording he stated he will not say anything on video but I still caught it this will be going to corporate

Probably one of the more organized HEBs. They always have what I need and have the kindest employees. Their fish department has some pretty rare cuts comparted to most other stores as well.

I’ve lived in many places, but it wasn’t until I came to Southeast Houston about 25 years ago that I discovered HEB. Coming from North Texas, I had never heard of it before. I can tell you that this store has been a lifesaver for my family through every major disaster we faced, from hurricanes to tropical storms. HEB is always there with supplies; I never felt alone during those times. Their customer service is excellent, and their website for online grocery shopping has always been top-notch. I don’t understand how other stores continue to struggle to operate as effectively and efficiently as HEB. It has always been my first choice. And I'm talking to you to Kroger, Randall's and we don't even put Walmart in the same category as HEB in here in Texas. They are not the same.
