- CCCzassityOct 13, 20255.0When I told my friends in Dallas about how much I missed HEB after moving from Austin they didn't get it. Now they do. This is hands down the best and only grocery store to go to. The selection, quality, and service is unmatched. They cater to a wide variety of dietary needs, offer delicious pre-made or easy make meals, and their regular coupons and combo locos can make putting together dinner ideas easy. The store does a lot for the state, treats employees well, and is just all around worth shopping at.
- MBMichael BolmanOct 12, 20253.0HEB itself is great! Everything is usually in stock, the checkouts are fast and they usually have people to help you bag. HEB branded stuff is high quality to the point that it is usually better than the name brand. I'm glad to be shopping here again since moving from South Texas. Keep in mind that this place is busy. Like, next level busy. Dont even think about coming here on Saturday. A lot of people seem to be experiencing their first day on earth here as well.
- JSJackie StrongOct 9, 20255.0Oh my goodness where do I start? The BBQ is so delicious. Always a good idea to eat before grocery shopping. Love the fresh food section - such a diverse offer of fruits and veg, including things that are not common. The isles are well stocked with favorites as well as good local options and occasional surprises. I love the home goods section. Pharmacy area always has what I'm looking for. Truly a one stop shop and very helpful staff. I will always remember the time I came here after surgery and had to use one of the electric scooters ... Everyone was so kind. My only complaint is I always buy more than I intend to because there are so many good gifts and flowers too. I truly love this store. Thank you HEB.

The lady who took the order assured me they could do the job. Below is the what I wanted compared to what I got. The bakery gets a 1. The rest of the establishment is a 5. I love the store in general but I have zero confidence in their bakery department. Zero effort and zero pride in their work.
- LMLynn McMahanOct 5, 20251.0Went to HEB Plano location this morning and NOT to my surprise the store was super busy and the store was short staffed. This seems to be the “norm” at this location. Employees standing around talking and laughing near the check out area and the paying customers are having to bag their own groceries. I had the great fortune of being on lane 5 at 10:30a and my cashier scrolled on her phone while I had to bag my groceries. I had so hoped that the Customer Service would be superior to Walmart but I was proven wrong again today. HEB…please do better. I’m one foot out the door for my grocery shopping and headed back to Walmart or Tom Thumb.
