    never have this happen in my life! Kaylee is the young girl name work at cashier tonight’s! very disrespectful with me and my family! She threw the food and all the items I bought very hard. I reminded her very gently but she ignored me! My child asked her for a rewards card. She ignored it the first time, then threw it on the table rudely.

    Managers show a clear lack of customer service and respect. I’ve filed two complaints over the past month and a half and called four times, yet no one has followed up. It seems that when H-E-B is at fault, management simply avoids contact.
