I recently moved to a new neighborhood and had to find a new HEB to shop at. I found the location at Tech Ridge and I was very pleasantly surprised at how effortless it was to navigate and how incredibly nice the staff were and how I was treated. The employee at the Sushi 🍣 counter "Tin" was incredibly nice and helpful. They made a special order for me and it was perfect. I had been out of the country for 5 weeks so I needed "everything" and my bill 💵 was only $120 dollars. And I accidentally went through the Express lane (it wasn't terribly busy) and was completely embarrassed and apologized profusely and the employees were so nice about my mistake and made me feel so welcomed. I can't remember everyone's name but I believe I met an employee named "Bianca" and I met a manager who's name escapes me and my cashier's name was "Hiba A" these people are solid and an asset to this company. I appreciate ☺️ y'all so much. Thank you.

My go to HEB. After changes, I think this store is just perfect. I do curbsides a lot which is a bit late sometimes. But every time every single curbside is completely the way I have wanted.

I usually do my grocery shopping during the weekdays but I was able to shop and enjoy time at this location without the store being flooded with customers. However one individual stood out to me. It was a buff brunette with the name tag Alex R. I needed help finding where the Kern's Horchata is and so he was able to walk me there and guide me. It was really nice since I haven't had anyone do that! He also looks like Markiplier so it kinda threw me off when I asked him for help and he turned around. I'll be coming back and hopefully seeing that Alex fellow!

Yesterday while in the pharmacy line I was saddend and disappointed to witnessed a Cashier in a bad wig (African) harrass an elderly woman with a walker full of groceries at the curbside door. The cashier walked up close to that woman's face and asked her what she was waiting for? Initially I thought they knew each other but the older lady started yelling WHY ARE YOU QUESTIONING ME? I DONT HAVE TO ANSWER YOU? pointing at others who were waiting. Then both women were loud and yelling in the doors. The elderly lady called the worker the Devil and told her to Flee. The man in front me in line said thats a Shame because that lady was not bothering anyone. The cashier gave him the death stare them walked off and went to her register. About 5 min later a Tall male store manager walked in and the elderly lady called for him to complain i guess...he walked past her like he didn't hear her. I asked the pharmacist who was great for the store managers name. I but they all were gone when I was done. I would Love for managment to check the cameras right before 3:52 pm. Because if this is allowed I would not let my mother or any other elderly family member shop here to be harassed by the staff and ignored by managment.
