HEB is the best! I thought coming to a small town that I would get different service but wow do they have it together. They are always stocked and actually have more of a selection than more populated locations. The only thing I wish would be that the parking lot was bigger. It is difficult to find spaces on the weekends.

My visit to the H-E-B Business Center was extremely disappointing. On two separate occasions, the same young lady at the counter was incredibly rude and seemed to have a serious attitude problem. The first time, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she might just be having a bad day. However, my second experience was no different. Her demeanor was unprofessional and made what should have been a simple transaction an unpleasant one. It's frustrating when you encounter such poor customer service, especially from an H-E-B employee. They're usually so friendly and helpful. I hope management addresses this issue because her behavior is a poor reflection on the store.

The cashier David gave me attitude over the coupons. I got a yellow coupon for 2$ off gaucmole. I got 4. He scanned it once. I told him if got 4. He raised his voice and said he would do it this time but not going to do it and hope it works. I would think HEB would appreciate not wasting paper and they are designed to be used more then once.

As I was exiting the store, there was an elderly couple in the middle of the entryway. The wife was sitting in the mobile cart unable to get it to move. Her husband had brought the mobile cart from inside the store. I know nothing about these mobile cards. I let the couple know I would be back with help. Wilson is the first person I saw. He just finished bagging groceries for a customer. I expressed my need for assistance. In a flash he said he would go help and his cashier agreed. He assessed the situation. Told the elderly couple he would be back with a mobile cart. Mean time the elderly woman’s husband and I helped her get out of the mobile cart. Wilson drives up like an experienced race car driver.😁 Easily the elderly woman was able to sit in her new mobile cart👍 The couple thanked us and on their way they went. Wilson some how got the troubled cart back into the store. His kindness, eagerness to help is a testament of a wonderful human being and the same quality I have seen with other employees in the 20yrs. I have been shopping there.
